Noel Weiss President
Noel started off in the industry in 1987, framing houses while on summer break from Kutztown University. Upon obtaining his BS in Business Administration, he began working in business development for a GC in Central Bucks County. During his tenure, Noel advanced to Vice President within the firm and earned an MBA from Philadelphia University. When Noel realized his dream of starting a construction consulting company he met Tom McGrath, owner of McBRICK, and became Director of Operations here. Throughout his career, Noel has spearheaded more than a thousand construction projects, with extensive experience in senior living, health care construction, and commercial fit outs. Noel lives with his wife Christine, their two daughters, and their two border collies. Outside of work and family time, Noel has been coaching Masters Swimming at the YMCA since 1991 and is involved in triathlons, biking, and running.
Dennis McElhare Director of Operations
Dennis joined McBRICK in 2016, and brings over 24 years of solid experience in commercial construction. His career began at age 19 in the maintenance shops of Woods Services, and he was soon promoted to Assistant Facilities Manager. After 8 years at Woods, he became Operations Manager for a commercial construction company, where he developed many relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors. He then moved on to become Facilities Director for a continuing care retirement community, where he learned the rules and regulations of the healthcare industry. Dennis lives with his wife Kathy, their son and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys playing in a flag football league, watching his children play sports at the local and collegiate level, and vacationing in Myrtle Beach, SC.
John Hicks Estimating Manager
John joined McBrick with 22 years of industry experience in both commercial and residential construction. John earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University. His career started while working with his father and growing their family-owned business. He was instrumental in establishing and maintaining relationships with business’ and homeowner’s in providing the highest quality kitchen and bathroom products from dozens of cabinet manufacturing companies, as well as custom shops to best meet the client's needs. Notably, John has expanded his career with experience in custom-built homes in excess of 6,500 square feet as well as 100-200 unit apartment complexes. John is a married father of three children. He enjoys being outdoors, and spending time at the Jersey Shore with his family.
Michael Gallagher Estimator
Michael joined McBrick in 2018 and has more than twenty-five years of business development experience. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University, where he previously served as an elected Board Member of the Penn State Hotel & Restaurant Society. He is a life long scuba diver, and enjoys hiking and kayaking with friends and family.
Matt Lessa Estimator
Matt, with 25 years of industry experience and a background in residential remodeling, has been a valued member of our team since 2013. His career highlights include notable work on food service projects, lobby renovations and memory care projects, showcasing his expertise in senior living and apartment renovations. Matt is recognized for his strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and knack for understanding client needs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, pursuing hobbies such as landscaping, travel, home projects, and playing music.
RJ Collins Sr. Project Manager
RJ, a seasoned professional with a wealth of industry experience spanning 35 years, who joined McBrick in 2010. RJ's career has been exclusively dedicated to construction, specializing in commercial renovation and excelling in field team supervision and development. His commitment to excellence is evident in his contributions to fostering a strong team environment and achieving notable project successes. Outside of work, RJ enjoys pursuing home improvement projects and satisfying his wanderlust through travel, reflecting his dedication to both craftsmanship and exploration.
Chuck McClinton Sr. Project Coordinator
Chuck, who joined the company in 2011, brings over two decades of industry experience and holds a degree in Business Management. His career highlights include successfully renovating a state-of-the-art memory care facility, among other notable projects such as office and warehouse renovations, and senior living apartment expansions. Chuck specializes in customer service, sales, and managing medium to large-scale projects. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and supporting his three boys at their track meets with his wife. His expertise in client relations and organizational skills make him a valuable asset to the team.
Laura Wiater Sr. Project Coordinator
Laura joined our team in 2022, bringing with her 18 years of industry experience. She holds a BA from Penn State and specializes in senior living and apartment renovations. Recognized for her exceptional communication skills and organizational abilities, Laura excels at anticipating client needs and fostering strong relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys jogging, playing pickleball, and spending time at the beach with friends. Laura also loves kayaking, which keeps her active and energized.
Sean Meehan Project Manager
Sean has been an integral part of our team since 2013, bringing with him 17 years of extensive industry experience. His journey began in custom home building, where he started as a laborer and progressed into the service department. Sean also gained valuable expertise at a low voltage cabling company, specializing in data and phone line installations. Known for his adaptability, he has seamlessly transitioned from fieldwork to roles such as site foreman and project management, with occasional forays into estimating. Sean has played a key role in initiating and managing long-term projects at senior living facilities, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and project success. Outside of work, Sean cherishes time with his fiancé and their spirited 3-year-old son, often engaging in family activities and playing inline roller hockey.
Jhony Morales Project Manager
Jhony joined our team in 2019 with 15 years of industry experience, previously owning a construction company. His career highlights include serving as Lead Painter and Carpenter, specializing in finish work such as drywall, spackling, and painting. Jhony holds an OSHA 30 certification, ensuring a commitment to safety in all projects. He has contributed to notable telecommunications renovations and excels in residential renovation projects. Outside of work, Jhony enjoys woodworking and indulging in video games with his husband, with whom he has shared 11 years of companionship.
